SRP7050TA-100M is a shielded power inductor designed for high-current DC-DC converter and power supply applications. It features a carbonyl powder core with shielded construction, providing an inductance of 10 µH at 100 kHz with a quality factor (Q) of ±20%. The device exhibits a typical DC resistance of 15 mO and a maximum DC resistance of 60 mO, with a self-resonant frequency of 15 MHz. It is rated for an RMS current of 4 A and a saturation current of 7.5 A, with a temperature rise of 40°C at rated current. The inductor operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for automotive and industrial power management circuits where reliability and thermal stability are essential.
