SRP5020TA-R47M is a shielded power inductor designed for automotive systems, DC/DC converters, and power supply applications. It features a metal alloy powder core with shielded construction, providing high saturation current and stable performance across a wide operating range. The inductor has an inductance of 0.47 µH (±20%) at 100 kHz and 1 V, with a typical DC resistance of 7.3 mO and maximum of 8.6 mO, supporting an RMS current of 11.5 A and saturation current of 18 A. The device is AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications including driver assistance systems, infotainment, and lighting. Its self-resonant frequency of 100 MHz and lead frame terminal type ensure reliable integration into modern power management circuits.
