DESCRIPCIÓN

SRP4020TA-4R7M is a shielded power inductor designed for high saturation current applications. It features a 4.7 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, a carbonyl powder core, and a typical DCR of 95 mO (105 mO max). The inductor provides a minimum Q of 10 at 100 kHz/1 V, a typical self-resonant frequency of 27 MHz, and supports an Irms of 2.6 A and Isat of 3.5 A. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, this AEC-Q200 compliant and RoHS compliant component is ideal for DC-DC converters, power supplies, and automotive electronics where compact size and reliable performance are required.
