DESCRIPCIÓN
SRN3015-3R3M is a semi-shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRN3015 series designed for compact, high-performance DC/DC converter applications. The inductor features a 3.3 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 0.112 O, and a self-resonant frequency of 75 MHz, delivering reliable performance at 1 MHz test frequency. It supports a rated RMS current of 1.6 A with a saturation current of 1.40 A, and operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. The miniature form factor with a component height of 1.5 mm, combined with semi-shielded construction and RoHS compliance, makes it ideal for space-constrained applications such as notebook computers, digital video cameras, HDDs, cell phones, and LCD displays.
