DESCRIPCIÓN

The SMLJ33A is a transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a compact DO-214AB (SMD) surface mount package with a standoff voltage of 33 V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 3000 watts at 1 ms pulse duration. The device offers fast response times of less than 5.0 ns for bidirectional operation and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. With a peak forward surge current rating of 300 amps and steady-state power dissipation of 5.0 watts at 75°C, the SMLJ33A is ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from transient overvoltage events in demanding applications.
