DESCRIPCIÓN

SMCJ10CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 10 V, breakdown voltage of 11.1 V, and is housed in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) surface-mount package with lead-free, RoHS-compliant construction. It delivers peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 watts at 1 ms pulse width and steady-state power dissipation of 5.0 watts at 75°C lead temperature, with typical response times under 5.0 ns. The SMCJ10CA is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics from transient overvoltage events, offering reliable performance across an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
