SMAJ90CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with a standoff voltage of 90 V and a maximum reverse voltage rating of 98 V, providing reliable protection against transient overvoltage events. The device offers a typical fast response time of less than 5.0 ns and is RoHS compliant with lead-free construction. With a power dissipation capability of 400 watts and maximum current handling of 146 A, the SMAJ90CA is ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits in consumer and industrial applications requiring compact, high-performance transient protection.
