DESCRIPCIÓN

SMAJ28CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 28 V, breakdown voltage range of 31.1 V to 39.9 V, and a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 W at 1 ms pulse width. The device is housed in a compact surface mount SMA (DO-214AC) package with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It provides fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds and meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards. This RoHS compliant and UL recognized component is ideal for protecting portable communications, computing, and video equipment from transient voltage events.
