DESCRIPCIÓN

The SD55ABB is a miniature surface-mount thermal cutoff (TCO) device designed to provide overtemperature and overcurrent protection in automotive applications. It features a trip temperature of 55°C with a reset temperature minimum of 20°C, and is rated for DC 14V / 8A continuous operation with 10,000 cycle endurance. The device can break up to DC 14V / 35A at 100 cycles and withstand DC 28V / 8A at 100 cycles, with a maximum contact resistance of 4 milliohms and maximum leak current of 300 mA at 25°C. Operating across an application temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the SD55ABB is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and AEC-Q200 compliant, making it ideal for automotive thermal management systems where rapid response to abnormal current conditions is essential.
