DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR263S-35-7R50J is a 35 W power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology in a TO263 D²PAK surface-mount package. This specific variant features a resistance value of 7.5 O with ±1% tolerance and is designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits. The resistor exhibits low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), a thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C. It is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified, with a maximum operating voltage of 250 V and dielectric strength of 2 kV AC.
