DESCRIPCIÓN

The PWR263S-35-2R00J is a 35 W power resistor from Bourns' PWR263S-35 Series, manufactured using thick film on alumina ceramic technology in a TO263 D²PAK surface-mount package. This specific variant features a 2 O resistance value with ±5% tolerance and is electrically isolated from the backplate, providing low inductance (0.1 µH maximum) and high power dissipation capability. The resistor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C with a thermal resistance of 3.7°C/W, a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C, and a maximum operating voltage of 250 V. It is RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant, compatible with lead-free solder reflow temperatures, and suitable for applications requiring reliable current measurement, snubber circuits, bleeder networks, and discharge functions in automotive and industrial electronics.
