DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR263S-20-50R0J is a 20 W D²PAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, with a resistance value of 50 O and 5% tolerance. The device features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), a thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W, and operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C. It is electrically isolated from the backplate, rated for a maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and exhibits a dielectric strength of 2 kV AC. This resistor is ideal for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits in power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement equipment, and rectifier applications, offering AEC-Q200 qualification and RoHS compliance for reliable performance in demanding environments.
