DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR263S-20-2R00F is a 20 W D²PAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, with a resistance value of 2 O and ±1% tolerance. The device features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), electrical isolation of the resistor from the backplate, and a thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in demanding applications. It operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and is qualified to AEC-Q200 standards with RoHS compliance. The resistor is commonly used in power supplies, motor drives, rectifiers, and test and measurement equipment for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits.
