DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR220T-20-3R00F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 20 W rated resistor features a 3 O resistance value with ±1% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W, making it suitable for high-power applications requiring precise current measurement and thermal management. The resistor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, and is electrically isolated from the backplate for enhanced safety. It is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant, making it ideal for power supplies, motor drives, rectifiers, and test and measurement applications where reliable performance and thermal stability are critical.
