DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR220T-20-2R50F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 20 W power resistor features a resistance value of 2.5 O with ±1% tolerance and is designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits in power supplies, motor drives, and test equipment. The device exhibits low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), a thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C. With AEC-Q200 qualification and RoHS compliance, it provides excellent reliability characteristics including load life stability and resistance to thermal shock, making it ideal for demanding automotive and industrial applications.
