DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR163S-25-20R0F is a 25 W DPAK-style surface mount power resistor from Bourns designed for high-frequency applications such as audio amplifiers and wireless base station circuits. The device features a resistance value of 20 O with ±1% tolerance, very low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and a thermal resistance of 5.2 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation. It operates across a wide temperature range from -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C, and supports a maximum operating voltage of 250 V. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate, RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant, and exhibits excellent pulse characteristics making it suitable for current limiting and capacitor discharge circuits. Its compact size, smaller than a standard D²PAK package, combined with lead-free solder reflow compatibility, makes it ideal for modern high-density PCB designs.
