DESCRIPCIÓN
PTVS2-058C-H is a high-current bidirectional TVS diode designed for high-power DC bus clamping and transient surge protection applications. The device features a 2 kA peak current rating per 8/20 µs IEC 61000-4-5 waveform, with a repetitive standoff voltage (VWM) of 58 V and breakdown voltage range of 64–70 V. It provides low clamping voltage of 67 V at peak surge current and maintains excellent performance over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device is housed in a surface-mount DFN package and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Common applications include protection against lightning and inductive surges on exposed PoE ports, small cell and remote radio units, high-power DC bus protection, and robot overvoltage protection circuits.
