DESCRIPCIÓN

The PQ2614BHA-3R3K is a magnetically shielded power inductor from the PQ2614BLA/BHA series designed for high-current DC-DC converter and power supply applications. It features a 3.3 µH inductance (±10%) at 100 kHz with a typical DC resistance of 1.62 mO and maximum of 1.90 mO, enabling efficient power delivery with minimal losses. The inductor exhibits a self-resonant frequency of 30 MHz and supports a rated RMS current of 30 A, with saturation currents of 66.9 A (Isat1) and 68.4 A (Isat2), providing robust performance under transient conditions. Its flat wirewound construction with ferrite core and enameled copper wire, combined with magnetic shielding, minimizes electromagnetic interference while maintaining a compact form factor. The device is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for automotive and industrial power management circuits requiring high reliability and thermal stability across the -40°C to +155°C operating range.
