DESCRIPCIÓN
PEC11R-4015F-N0024 is a 12 mm incremental encoder from Bourns designed for level control, tuning, and timer settings in audio-visual equipment, consumer appliances, and musical instrumentation. The encoder features a 24-pulse resolution per 360° rotation with 2-bit quadrature output, a metal flattened shaft with 20 mm length, and a compact rugged design with metal bushing for high reliability. It operates continuously with an electrical travel of 2.0 ms maximum contact bounce at 15 RPM, a contact rating of 10 mA at 5 VDC, and an insulation resistance of 100 megohms at 250 VDC. The device is rated for 30,000 rotational cycles minimum and 20,000 switch cycles minimum, with an IP40 rating and operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C. Its integrated push momentary switch provides additional functionality with 0.5 ± 0.3 mm travel and 610 ± 306 gf actuation force, making it ideal for professional audio and consumer control applications requiring reliable, precise rotation sensing.
