DESCRIPCIÓN

The P6SMB47CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage range of 44.7 to 49.4 volts with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts at 1 ms pulse width, enabling robust protection against transient overvoltage events. The device is housed in a compact SMB (DO-214AA) surface mount package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds from 0V to minimum breakdown voltage. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronic circuits. The bidirectional configuration allows protection in both forward and reverse directions, and the device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free for environmental compliance.
