DESCRIPCIÓN

The P6SMB30A is a transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage range of 28.5 to 31.4 volts with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts and a peak forward surge current of 100 amps. The device is housed in a compact SMB (DO-214AA) surface mount package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional operation. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and complies with IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards. The P6SMB30A is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, making it suitable for modern electronic protection circuits requiring reliable transient suppression.
