DESCRIPCIÓN

The P6SMB300CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage range of 300V (minimum 300V, maximum 372V) with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts at 1 ms pulse width, and a peak forward surge current rating of 100 amps. The device is housed in a compact SMB (DO-214AA) surface mount package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a typical temperature coefficient of 0.1% per °C. The bidirectional configuration provides protection in both forward and reverse directions, making it ideal for protecting sensitive circuits against transient overvoltage events from ESD, electrical fast transients (EFT), and surge conditions per IEC 61000-4 standards.
