DESCRIPCIÓN

The P6SMB130CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications in compact surface-mount SMB (DO-214AA) package format. It features a breakdown voltage range of 124–137 V with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts and a typical temperature coefficient of 0.1% per °C. The device offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, meeting IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) standards. This bidirectional configuration makes it ideal for protecting sensitive electronics in portable communications, computing, and video equipment from transient voltage events.
