DESCRIPCIÓN
MOV-14D101K is a 14 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. The device features a nominal varistor voltage of 110 V with a maximum continuous voltage rating of 60 V r.m.s. and 85 V d.c., delivering a maximum peak current of 4500 A at 8/20 µs pulse duration with a maximum clamping voltage of 165 V. It exhibits fast response times of 10 ns typical and 25 ns maximum, combined with high energy absorption capability of 28.0 J per surge and 2000 J maximum peak energy. The varistor operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant with UL 1449 agency listing, making it suitable for power supplies, power systems, line voltage applications, telecom systems, and white goods/appliances.
