DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-SM150-2 is a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse designed for surface mount applications requiring reliable overcurrent protection. This device features a maximum voltage rating of 15 V, a hold current of 1.50 A at 23°C, and a trip current of 3.00 A, with a resistance of 0.06 O at 23°C and a maximum time to trip of 8.0 seconds. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a maximum device surface temperature of 125°C in the tripped state, and is fully compliant with AEC-Q200 Rev-C automotive qualification standards and RoHS directives. MF-SM150-2 is ideal for protecting low-voltage power supplies and loads in automotive systems, computers, peripherals, and general electronics where automatic reset capability and compact surface mount packaging are required.
