DESCRIPCIÓN
MF-RHT800-2 is a high-temperature PTC resettable fuse designed for automotive-grade fault protection in general electronic equipment. It features a hold current of 8.0 A at 23°C with a trip current of 15.0 A, and maintains higher hold currents at elevated temperatures up to 125°C with low thermal derating. The device has an initial resistance range of 0.0080 to 0.020 Ohms and a 1-hour post-trip resistance of 40.0 Ohms at 23°C, with a maximum time to trip of 8.0 seconds. Compliant with AEC-Q200 Rev-D automotive stress test qualification, RoHS, and halogen-free standards, this component is ideal for automotive circuits requiring resettable overcurrent protection with reliable performance across wide temperature ranges.
