DESCRIPCIÓN
MF-RHT300-2 is a high-temperature PTC resettable fuse from Bourns' MF-RHT series, engineered for automotive-grade fault protection in general electronic equipment. It features a hold current of 3.0 A at 23°C and a trip current of 6.0 A, with an initial resistance range of 0.033 to 0.079 ohms and a 1-hour post-trip resistance of 15.0 ohms. The device operates reliably across an extended temperature range from -40°C to 125°C with low thermal derating, maintaining a hold current of 0.74 A even at the maximum operating temperature of 125°C. Compliant with AEC-Q200 Rev-D automotive qualification standards, RoHS Directive 2015/863, and halogen-free requirements, this resettable fuse is ideal for automotive circuits, industrial equipment, and applications requiring automatic fault protection with automatic recovery capability.
