DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-RHT200-2 is a high-temperature PTC resettable fuse designed for overcurrent protection in automotive and general electronic equipment applications. It features a maximum voltage rating of 16 V, maximum current of 100 A, and a hold current of 2.0 A at 23°C with a trip current of 3.8 A. The device operates reliably across an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C with low thermal derating, maintaining higher hold currents at elevated temperatures compared to standard fuses. With a minimum resistance of 0.110 O and post-trip resistance of 12.5 O, it provides fast fault protection with a maximum trip time of 3.0 seconds at 23°C. The MF-RHT200-2 is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it ideal for engine control modules, automotive circuitry protection, and resettable fault protection in high-temperature environments.
