DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-R500-2 is a radial-leaded PTC resettable fuse from the Bourns MF-R Series designed for low-voltage power supply protection. It features a maximum voltage rating of 30 V, a hold current (Ihold) of 5.0 A, and a trip current (Itrip) of 10.0 A, with an initial resistance of 0.03 O at 23°C. The device exhibits a 1-hour post-trip resistance of 0.05 O maximum and trips within 14.5 seconds at 23°C under fault conditions, with typical tripped power dissipation of 3.00 W. Constructed with flame-retardant epoxy polymer insulation meeting UL 94V-0 requirements, the device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. It is commonly used in computers, peripherals, and general electronics applications where reliable overcurrent protection and automatic reset capability are required.
