DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-NSML200-2 is a low-ohmic PTC (Polymer Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable fuse designed for overcurrent and short-circuit protection in compact electronic devices. This surface mount component features a 1206 footprint with ultra-low resistance of 0.005 Ohms at 23°C, a hold current of 1.90 A, and a trip current of 4.90 A, providing reliable protection without permanent damage to the circuit. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 6 V and maximum current of 50 A, with a maximum time to trip of 8.00 seconds and tripped power dissipation of 1.00 W at 23°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and packaged in tape and reel format per EIA 481 standard for automated assembly. Common applications include port protection for PDAs, digital cameras, and game consoles, where space constraints and reliability are critical requirements.
