DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-NSMF150-2 is a polymer PTC resettable fuse from Bourns designed for overcurrent and fault protection in compact 1206 surface mount applications. This device features a hold current (Ihold) of 1.50 A and a trip current (Itrip) of 3.00 A at 23°C, with a maximum voltage rating of 6.0 V and maximum current rating of 100 A. The fuse exhibits a resistance of 0.03 O at 23°C and provides fast response with a maximum time to trip of 8.0 seconds at 0.13 A, delivering 0.6 W of tripped power dissipation. The device is AEC-Q200 compliant for automotive stress testing, RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and carries cUL and TÜV certifications. It operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C and is ideal for USB port protection, HDMI source protection, PC motherboards, mobile phones, and game console port protection applications.
