DESCRIPCIÓN

MF-NSHT035KX-2 is a PTC resettable fuse designed for automotive and high-temperature applications, featuring a compact 1206 surface mount footprint with AEC-Q200 Rev-C compliance. The device is rated for a maximum voltage of 30V and maximum current of 20A, with a hold current of 0.35A at 23°C and a trip current of 1.75A. It operates across an extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C with low thermal derating, maintaining higher hold currents at elevated temperatures compared to standard designs. The fuse exhibits a resistance of 2.6 Ohms at 23°C (minimum) and 8.0 Ohms (R1 maximum), with a maximum time to trip of 0.1 seconds and tripped power dissipation of 0.9 watts.
