DESCRIPCIÓN
The G6000AS is a gas discharge tube (GDT) overvoltage protector designed for telecom, datacom, and industrial electronics applications. It features a maximum end-of-life impulse sparkover voltage of 650 V under 2/10 µs, 6000 V, 500 A test conditions, with a minimum DC breakerover voltage of 200 V at 51 kO resistance and 500 V/s ramp rate. The device offers a maximum surge rating of 2 kA with 8/20 µs waveform, maximum capacitance of 0.3 pF at 1 MHz, and minimum insulation resistance of 10 MO. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the G6000AS provides stable, reliable overvoltage protection in compact surface-mount form, making it ideal for protecting sensitive equipment from transient voltage spikes in communication and industrial systems.
