DESCRIPCIÓN
CHV1206AFX-1003ELF is a thick film high-voltage chip resistor from Bourns' CHV-A Series, designed for automotive and consumer electronics applications requiring high voltage performance. The device features a maximum working voltage of 800 V and maximum overload voltage of 1600 V, with a power rating of 0.25 W at 70°C and operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C. It offers a resistance range of 100 kO to 22 MO with ±1% tolerance and ±100 PPM/°C temperature coefficient, meeting AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards and RoHS compliance. The 1206 package (3.10 mm × 1.60 mm × 0.55 mm) with tin-plated termination makes it suitable for higher voltage applications in automotive electronics, industrial equipment, and consumer devices where reliability and thermal stability are critical.
