DESCRIPCIÓN

CHV0805AFX-2003ELF is a thick film high-voltage chip resistor from Bourns' CHV-A Series, designed for higher voltage applications in automotive and consumer electronics. This 0805-sized component features a maximum working voltage of 400 V, maximum overload voltage of 800 V, and a power rating of 0.125 W at 70 °C, with resistance values ranging from 100 kO to 10 MO (1% tolerance) or up to 22 MO (5% tolerance). The resistor operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55 °C to +155 °C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C (1% tolerance) or ±200 PPM/°C (5% tolerance), and features tin-plated RoHS-compliant termination. It is AEC-Q200 automotive grade compliant, UL 1676 recognized, and suitable for high-voltage circuit protection, signal conditioning, and voltage divider applications in demanding automotive and industrial environments.
