CHP1206AFX-5101ELF is an ultra-high power chip resistor from the CHP-A series designed for demanding applications requiring high surge withstanding and reliability. This 1206-size resistor features thick film technology with a power rating of 0.75 W at 70°C, a maximum working voltage of 250 V, and a maximum overload voltage of 500 V, making it suitable for high-stress power applications. The device operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +155°C and incorporates AEC-Q200 compliance, RoHS compliance, halogen-free construction, and sulfur-resistant design per ASTM-B809. With ±1% resistance tolerance and ±100 PPM/°C temperature coefficient, it delivers precision performance in power supplies, digital meters, LED lighting, and industrial control boards where reliability and surge protection are critical.
