DESCRIPCIÓN

CG0603MLC-12LEA is an automotive-grade ESD protector from Bourns' ChipGuard MLC Series, designed to provide electrostatic discharge protection for high-speed digital applications. This device features extremely low capacitance of 0.2 pF typical and a response time of less than 1 ns, making it ideal for protecting sensitive circuits without introducing signal degradation. With a DC working voltage rating of 12 V, maximum leakage current of less than 0.01 µA, and IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection capability (±8 kV contact discharge minimum, ±15 kV air discharge minimum), the device offers robust protection with multi-strike capability of 1000 pulses. The 0603 package format and AEC-Q200 compliance make it suitable for automotive and high-speed communication applications including camera links, sensors, touchscreen interfaces, GPS, antennas, and USB 3.0 interfaces.
