DESCRIPCIÓN

CDSOT23-T05C is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed for ESD and surge protection applications. It features a working peak voltage of 5.0 V, breakdown voltage of 6.0 V at 1 mA, and maximum clamping voltage of 9.8 V at 1 A. The device provides ESD protection up to ±30 kV (air discharge) and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. With a typical bidirectional capacitance of 210 pF at 0 V and 1 MHz, it is suitable for protecting one or two lines in applications such as RS-232/RS-422/RS-423 data lines, portable electronics, and wireless bus protection. The compact SOT-23 package and RoHS compliance make it ideal for space-constrained designs.
