DESCRIPCIÓN

CDSOT23-0502B is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed to provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for high-speed data ports. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 5 V, minimum breakdown voltage of 6 V, and protects 2 lines with low clamping voltages of 8 V at 5 A and 9 V at 7 A. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements with ESD protection up to 22 kV (air) and 15 kV (contact). Housed in a compact SOT23-3 package with lead-free construction and RoHS compliance, it operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Common applications include computer interface protection, microprocessor protection, power lines on PCB protection, and control signal lines protection.
