DESCRIPCIÓN

The CDSOD323-T15S is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications and computing equipment. This device features a minimum breakdown voltage of 16.7 V at 1 mA, a working peak voltage of 15.0 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 24.0 V at 1 A, providing robust protection against transient overvoltage events. The diode delivers 500 W peak pulse power at 8/20 µs pulse duration and offers ESD protection up to ±30 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 standard, with surge protection exceeding 24 A. Housed in a compact molded JEDEC SOD-323 package with lead-free 100% Sn plating, it operates reliably across -55°C to +150°C and is ideal for protecting single lines in computer notebooks, cellular phones, PDAs, and digital cameras from damaging transient events.
