DESCRIPCIÓN

CDNBS08-T36 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode array designed to protect four signal lines from surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. The device features a working peak voltage of 36.0 V with a minimum breakdown voltage of 40.0 V at 1 mA, and provides maximum clamping voltage of 51.0 V at 1 A. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) standards with ESD protection up to 30 kV. The device is packaged in a RoHS-compliant narrow body SO-8 package with 100% tin plating on the lead frame, weighing approximately 15 mg with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Common applications include audio/video inputs, RS-232/RS-422/RS-423 data line protection, portable electronics, and medical sensors.
