DESCRIPCIÓN

CDNBS08-SLVU2.8-8 is a low capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array designed for ESD and surge protection applications. It features a bidirectional configuration capable of protecting up to four I/O ports, with a low capacitance of 6 pF and a working voltage of 2.8 V. The device provides robust protection meeting IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±8 kV contact and ±15 kV air discharge ratings, IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. With a peak pulse power of 600 W (8/20 µs) and peak pulse current of 30 A, it offers reliable transient protection. Common applications include Ethernet 10/100/1000 Base T, personal digital assistants, handheld electronics, cellular phones, and video cards where compact ESD protection is essential.
