DESCRIPCIÓN

The CD143A-SR70 is a steering diode array designed to protect external ports from electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and surge events. It features a low typical capacitance of 3 pF, a maximum reverse leakage current of 1 µA, and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 70 V. The device provides robust protection, withstanding ESD events of at least ±8 kV (Contact) and ±15 kV (Air) per IEC 61000-4-2, and handles a peak pulse current of 24 A. Housed in a compact SOT-143 package, the CD143A-SR70 is ideal for protecting I/O ports in cell phones, laptops, and other portable electronics.
