DESCRIPCIÓN
CAT10-390J4LF is a chip resistor array containing four isolated resistors in an 0804 size package, designed for high-density circuit integration. The device features E24 series resistance values ranging from 10 ohms to 1 megohm with ±5% tolerance, a maximum working voltage of 25 V, and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±250 ppm/°C. Each resistor is rated for 0.0625 W at 70°C, with a total package power rating of 0.250 W, and operates reliably across the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The array employs thick-film construction with a protective glass overcoat on a high-purity alumina substrate, concave termination style, and tin-plated (RoHS-compliant) side terminations. This component is ideal for automated assembly processes, offered on paper tape on plastic reel in quantities of 10,000 pieces per reel, making it suitable for high-volume production in consumer electronics, telecommunications, and industrial applications.
