DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-2-104LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network in a bussed (2-circuit) configuration, part of Bourns' 4800P Series medium body package. It features a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with ±2% tolerance for values 50 ohms and above, and ±1 ohm tolerance for values below 50 ohms. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 ohms and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 ohms. It is AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant with lead-free termination (LF), and rated for 0.080 watt per resistor at 70°C. The package features a standard EIA-compatible SOM-16 footprint with 16 pins, compliant leads for reduced solder joint fatigue, and is available in tape and reel packaging for automatic placement equipment. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks in telecommunications and computing systems.
