DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-471 is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a resistance value of 470 ohms. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 50V and offers a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50O and above. The device is AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features compliant leads designed to reduce solder joint fatigue, with a power rating of 0.160 watt per resistor at 70°C. It is commonly used in DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and other precision circuit applications requiring multiple matched resistor elements in a compact surface mount package.
