DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-224LF is an isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 independent resistors in a surface mount medium body package. This thick film component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms. The device provides a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for values greater than 50 O. Each resistor is rated for 0.160 watt at 70°C, with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The package is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it suitable for applications in DRAM, SCSI, and other precision electronic systems requiring reliable resistor networks.
