DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-223LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a resistance value of 22 kO and ±2% tolerance. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O, and delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. The device is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. It is ideal for applications requiring multiple precision resistors in compact form factors, such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks, where reliability and space efficiency are critical.
