DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4610H-104-221/331L is a 10-pin dual terminator resistor network from Bourns' 4600H series of thick-film conformal SIPs. This device incorporates 12 thick-film resistors paired in series between common ground (pin 1) and power (pin 8) lines, with resistance values of 220 O (R1) and 330 O (R2) as specified by the 221/331 code. The network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 0.30 W per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature, and maintains a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range. The device features RoHS compliance, high-profile construction for increased power handling, and operates reliably across the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This configuration is ideal for DRAM termination, SCSI applications, and other high-speed digital signal termination scenarios where matched dual resistor pairs are required.
