DESCRIPCIÓN

4608X-102-101LF is a thick film conformal SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring an isolated resistor configuration (102 circuit) with a resistance value of 100 ohms. This 8-pin device incorporates multiple isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a package power rating of 1.00 watt at 70°C ambient temperature and 0.30 watt per resistor. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum operating voltage of 100V, temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50O to 2.2 MO), and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device features Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations for RoHS compliance, epoxy resin body material conforming to UL94V-0 flammability rating, and is compatible with DIP mounting. Common applications include DRAM systems, SCSI interfaces, and general-purpose pull-up/pull-down resistor networks where space-efficient isolated resistor configurations are required.
